SHS is one of the application of solar systems for village electricity , as individual home lighting system , which consists of several main components of Solar Panels that generate electricity from sunlight , battery as energy storage , Battery Charged Regulator ( BCR ) as a means of automatic control and lights which convert electricity into light . SHS is suitable for lighting disadvantaged areas not reached by the flow of electricity and also areas that are experiencing electric energy crisis especially remote areas .
