This telescopic perch associated to AFV0050T wired test case, allows to check thecorrect operating condition of the Active 1D and Active 2D lightning conductors onsite (initial checking, periodical checking according to NFC 17–102 standard and decrees in force, maintenance,…).

Simple and fast, this test can be done from accessible and secured roofs without disassembling the lightning conductor until a height of 8 meters.

The upper hook of the perch should be positioned at the bottom of the lightning rod's point. It is connected to two clamps of AFV0050TT tester. The second clamp is connected to the lightning rod down conductor situated at the elevation rod bottom.
